ProcSHEF handles pulling and pushing datafrom the SQLite database on the interval a config says to. The config files are similar to uAskitd. Module name at the top, custom config after that. The module names follow the same Upper-case first letter for a module that a config can select.

Each module is responsible for it's timing and query the database for data. The next poll time should be stored in a file ending in .cur. Last transmission should be in a file ending in .from.
